Heartbreaking News

Our chairperson Shanta Serbjeet Singh has passed away on August 2. She died just as she lived; with grace and equanimity. Our secretary general, Dr. Sun Ock Lee, had condoled with APPAN board members on the death of her closest colleague. Shanta has been a most wonderful and excellent loving leader and a friend to APPAN. Her influence will continue to remain within APPAN.
